Fabric Pumpkin Pouch - PDF Digital Sewing Pattern -With a zipper or without Halloween Trick or Treat

These fabric pumpkin pouches are a fun way to wrap treats for classroom parties, trunk or treat, trick or treating and more. They open, envelope style, or with a zipper so, you can fill them with treats, or little toys. There is a stem at the top that you can add an optional lanyard clip or D-ring to. These pouches are simple and quick. They are not lined, quilted or as involved as other pouch patterns and tutorials. They are meant to be a fast and simple sew.

These are best made with woven, non stretch fabric. 
 
These are a great project to use up your fabric scraps or a fabric stash.
There are two sizes/shapes included for the fold over pouch; 5” x 5” and 5.5” x 6”. 
There are two sizes/shapes for the zipper option; 6” x 5” and 6” x 6”.

There are no instructions to add eyes for an optional jack-o-lantern face. You can simply attach scraps of black fabric with fabric adhesive,  a zig zag stitch, or another favorite method. You could also add buttons or similar materials.
