Make your very own Henry Hedgehog stuffed animal plush toy! This is a pdf digital sewing pattern with step by step instructions to sew the hedgehog. There is a letter sized pdf patter to print OR a projector pattern pdf if you prefer.
This pattern is for the Henry Hedgehog stuffed plushie. The finished measurements of the hedgehog are approximately 15” long x 8” tall. You can use fabric such as quilters cotton, flannel, lightweight fleece, minky, terry cloth, sherpa or faux fur.
This pattern is for an experienced beginner. The most difficult parts are sewing and turning the small parts such as the nose, ears and legs. The pleats at the belly might prove more difficult, depending on the weight of your fabric, but they are optional.
Supplies and Materials Needed :
--Fabric such as quilters cotton, flannel, lightweight fleece, minky, terry cloth, sherpa or faux fur. You will need approximately 28” x 12” of fabric for the body, 18” x 6” for the head, and 10” x 8” for the ears, feet and nose.
--Stuffing such as Polyfil stuffing or other stuffed animal/toy stuffing, and a tool for stuffing the animal. The
eraser end of a pencil or chopsticks work well for stuffing.
--Eyes: You can use a needle and embroidery thread, buttons, beads, fabric paint etc.
--Needle and thread to close up the opening of the hedgehog after stuffed.
--Chalk or a fabric marking pen to transfer placement marks from the pattern pieces onto the fabric.
Print the pattern at 100%, then use the included instructions to sew.

The pattern instructions are intended for a beginner who already has a basic understanding of using a sewing machine, cutting out a pattern, and following a sewing pattern instructions.
