Fabric Heart Pocket Valentine's Gift Candy Love Note PDF Digital Sewing Pattern

I've taken all the guess work out of making a great fabric heart pocket, with this PDF Digital Pattern. This is a quick and easy sew, but will add the right touch for delivering a love note or a wrapping up a candy treat this Valentine's Day. 
Wouldn’t these be so cute on a beaufiully set dinner table; one for each guest as a place holder?
You could slip a large heart shaped sucker into the pocket and let the stick hang out the bottom.
A beautifully decorated sugar cookie would fit in the pocket, or a small single serving box of chocolates.
You can add an optional hanger/handle and hang it on a door knob.
There are three sizes available.  The large heart is approximately 9.5" and the smallest is about 5". 
This is a digital pattern. No physical item will be mailed to you.  There are two downloads - The letter sized pattern pdf and the instructions pdf.  Print the letter sized pattern at 100%. 
This is perfect for Valentine's Basket stuffers, gifts, and Valentine's Day decor. 
This is a great scrap buster project. 
You can add optional trim or lace or ribbon to the pocket. You can also add an optional hanger/handle.
You will need:
Fabric:  A non-stretch, woven fabric such as quilters cotton or flannel work best for this pattern.  You could 
also use a lightweight denim or similar fabric. For the large heart you will need two pieces of 12”x14” fabric.  
For the medium size you will need two pieces of 10”x11” fabric. For the smallest size you will need 7”x8”.  
Optional - Button, Snap or Hook and Loop Tape: To close the pocket you can use a button, snap or hook and loop tape. You can also just stitch the pocket closed with a needle and thread and not use one of the 
above notions. 
Lightweight Interfacing: I recommend lightweight fusible interfacing that you can iron onto the back
of the fabric. For the large heart you will need two pieces sized 12”x14”.  For the medium size you will need 
two pieces sized 10”x11”. For the smallest size you will need  two pieces of 7”x8”.  
Optional - Trim or Lace: Anything fun to decorate the heart pocket.
