Easter Egg or Bunny Nest -Gift Basket/Gift Wrap -Digital Sewing Pattern PDF Download

This pattern is for a fabric egg or bunny nest. The nest is perfect to give as a gift basket, filled with a few favorite treats or toys.

There are two sizes available in each option. The small nest is 
approximately 7” x 9” when finished. The large is about 12“ x 10”.     

The skill level for this pattern is best suited for a comfortable beginner and beyond. 
This is a digital pattern. No physical item will be mailed to you.  There are two downloads - The letter sized pattern pdf and the instructions pdf.  Print the letter sized pattern at 100%.

Materials Needed: Fabric: A non-stretch, woven fabric, such as quilters cotton, will work best for this pattern. 
For the small egg or bunny nest, you will need fabric 24” wide by 12“ tall.  
For the large egg or bunny nest, you will need farbic 30” wide by 14“ tall.  
Elastic: For the small nest you will need a length of 7.5” elastic that is 1/2“ wide. For the large nest you will 
need a 9” length of 1/2” wide elastic. 
Fusible Fleece: For the small nest you will need 17.5” by 10” of fusible fleece. For the large nest, you will need  20” x 14” of fusible fleece.   

The pattern instructions are intended for a beginner who has a basic understanding of using a sewing machine, cutting out a pattern, and following a sewing pattern. 

A 1/4" seam allowance is included in the pattern.
